Dedicated to my Grandpa.
I've done this stop-motion work inspired by the warmest childhood memories of my Grandpa.
We used to go fishing together, ride bicycles, plant fruits and vegetables in the yard and talk about everything that mattered.
Many years have passed since the day he was gone.
But now every time I'm diving into the memories I feel like he is still alive.
Backstage
Most of the objects used in this animation are not just prop or decorations but real things with history from those times when my grandpa was young and alive: fishing gear, old photographs, paper letters, stamps, Soviet cameras ("Zenit", "Smena"), pocket watch etc.
